Lots of pictures!!

These photos were taken with Larry's camera phone when they flew to Kansas City for Uncle Joe's wedding.

Anthony got to sit in the pilot's seat of a Boeing 717!

And a couple of more...

Here are a few photos from this morning.

March in drizzly Seattle

Sorry for the month between posts. I just had many photos on my camera but no time to upload.

So, here are some recent photos of Anthony!

Anthony and Daddy at home the night before they flew to Kansas City last month.

Anthony playing with toys at Alice's (a friend from high school).

Anthony hanging out with Boris, a colleague of my mine from Yakutsk, Russia, before his flight. Boris was kind enough to give him the teddy bear.

That's it for now. More photos for later.

My family is trapped in the Midwest.

Larry and Anthony went to visit family in the Midwest. Well, they were supposed to fly out of Kansas City on Sunday and...the airport was closed down for the longest amount of time. Ever.

It was all due to a pesky little blizzard.

Thankfully, they're flying home Wednesday.

The good news is the little guy got to sit in the pilot seat on the way there! Holy cow! The TSA still allows fun on airplanes?!

Until then, this is the only picture I have to share of the boys. It's my all time favorite!

Anthony's first political experience

Anthony joined us on our first political caucus. I'm not going to say which way we went, but if you know Larry, you'll probably know which party we decided to look at.

Anyway, he hated it. There wasn't much to do, there were a lot of smelly people there who didn't want to play with him, and they only had cookies to eat. Shockingly, he had to keep himself entertained while we learned about how the system worked. All in all, it was a pretty interesting experience and if he ever turns into a politician, we'll know why.

He enjoyed a great nap after the event.

More pictures soon, I promise!

A beautiful day to ride a bike

Anthony received a new bike for his birthday in early December and Santa brought him a helmet for Christmas. We've had pretty cold, gloomy weather here since then, with the exception of today! The mountains were out, the high is supposed to hit around 50 and there are only a few clouds in the sky. It also happens to be Daddy's birthday!

Anthony was able to go for a bike ride! As you can see, he had a great time...

So many toys!!! (So many cars!!!)

As you can see, Anthony is one very loved little guy.

More Christmastime photos

Here are some photos from Anthony's school program, where they were supposed to sing "If You're Happy And You Know It" and "Frosty the Snowman".

Click on the video to play it.

As you can see from the video, we suspect Anthony doesn't exactly have a future in Hollywood.

First Christmas pictures

Here are some pictures from the few days before Christmas. We'll post the actual Christmas pictures soon, when we get them uploaded.

The big three

Anthony turned three today! What better way to celebrate than to have fun food and friends! Laura, Carl and Declan and Katie and Mike all came over for the party. We had taquitos, chicken nuggets, mini corn dogs, tater tots and pizza rolls! And cake...can't forget the cake!

Anthony turns three on Saturday!

It's hard to believe, but the kid who could barely keep weight on and who blew through 20 diapers a day is finally at the 50% mark (he's in the middle of the pack) for weight and about 25% for height.

So, to celebrate, we're having cake this weekend! And possibly hot dogs, too. If only every single day could be like that...

Since I haven't posted anything on here for some time (sorry!), here's a happy photo of Anthony with his daddy. I promise we'll have more up this weekend.

Saturday night silly fun

I went shopping today and picked up the latest Disney/Pixar movie, Ratatouille.

Anthony isn't really interested in it, yet. He likes it for a brief fifteen or twenty minutes, and then his toddler attention span gets the best of him. He did, however, want to play with some markers and my camera.

Here's the evidence.

And here he is just being a ham.

He ultimately decided to chill out with Daddy for a while.

Anthony is sick

Anthony has something called "hand and mouth" virus. It's basically a bad cold.

We've all come down with the bug, for the most part, and we're cranky.

Until we're better and until I find the camera, no new pictures.

Halloween photos

Anthony went trick-or-treating with Larry tonight, while I was out on the town with a friend of mine.

I had to convince Anthony to wear the outfit to school. Once convinced, however, he didn't want to take the duck costume off.

Ready for school:

And here he is, totally ridiculously high on sugar...

Hair cut

Today, Anthony got his hair cut.

As you can see, it was really long yesterday. (His feet aren't actually that big. Those would be Larry's shoes...)

Today is it much shorter!

(Anthony wouldn't stop to let me take his picture, so I had to catch him mid-run.)

Moose and Catherine are sleeping a lot these days, now that the weather is cold. Of course, they won't actually share the same blanket.

Yes, the kitties are very fat. No, they're not pregnant. Yes, they're happy.
